Bath is an ideal location from which to take day trips to explore the many surrounding areas of interest.
The Cotswolds are within easy reach as are Stonehenge (37 miles), Castle Combe Village (15 miles), Avebury Village and Stone Circle (29 miles), Westonbirt National Arboretum (20 miles), Bowood House and Gardens (23 miles), Lacock Village and Abbey (15 miles), Cheddar Caves & Gorge (22 miles), Longleat House and Safari Park (20 miles), Stourhead Estate (27 miles), Wookey Hole (20 miles), Glastonbury Abbey & Tor (25miles) and the Cathederal towns of Salisbury (41miles) and Wells (19 miles).
