Situated in a quiet mews in Larkhall, a lovely village-like community just off the approach into Bath, with local shops and amenities, yet only a 15 minute walk into Bath. A delightful Cottage, newly constructed in Bath Stone, complete with garage, just over 1 mile East of Bath Centre.
Entrance hall, access to garage with laundry facilities (washer and dryer), leading into a small Lounge area (a sofa bed here can sleep a 5th person) with French doors out to a private south facing patio with table and chairs . Upstairs there is a Double bedroom with King-size bed, En-suite Shower. Further Twin Bedroom and additional Bathroom. Fully equipped Kitchen/Diner (induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc) with dining table and wall mounted Television (with Freeview).
Services include free Wireless internet access and a welcome breakfast pack. The Mews is serviced on departure (additional service days can be arranged). The Mews is a non smoking property. Due to layout & design, the Mews is not suitable for young children.
